Put the numbers in context
Compare the month with the preceding month and the same month a year earlier. Look more closely at booking-channel performance, returning guests and reservation activity.
Reach the people with financial access
Reports go to active property users with the relevant finance permissions. The current email is in English. It summarizes property performance and, when payout settings are configured, adds an owner payout section.
Calculate the owner payout
For each property, set the management fee as a percentage, a fixed monthly fee (prorated for part months) or both, and charge it on revenue or on revenue after commission. Choose whether channel commission is deducted, whether VAT and city tax are excluded, and which expense categories count. The statement then works in order: revenue, channel commission, management fee, expenses and the resulting owner payout.

The Owner Statement widget in financial statistics shows the calculation as a waterfall and a month-by-month table with totals, for any date range. Export it to Excel, CSV or PDF. For a property group it adds up each property's payout. Bookings without a known channel commission are flagged, so you know where to check.
