No. The reassignment workflow works with eligible stays that have not checked in.

Does it change the guest’s room type?

No. Reassignments stay within the same room type and respect stays that cannot be moved.

Can I enable it with smart locks?

The current activation option is restricted when smart locks are installed. Ask our team to check whether your property is eligible.
